About the Authors

Charles Kim is an Oracle ACE Director with decades of experience in Oracle database administration, engineered systems, and enterprise data platforms. He has worked with the Oracle Database Appliance since its first generation and with Exadata since its inception. Dean Elzey and Mark Shore bring additional depth in ODA deployment, patching, and lifecycle management from years of hands on customer engagements at Viscosity North America.
